Now here's a world renowned Indian Classical Vocalist -Kishori Ji. It was like a legend coming into my studio(Studio Beats) to record 2 cds. This work was commissioned by Navras Records based in London and responsible for promoting high-level recordings of authentic Indian Classical Music. Kishori Ji and her musicians were very patient since they had never recorded in a home studio ever before. She's a bundle of fun and was really relaxed during this recording.

Here's some cool friends of mine I'm proud of Hari & Lez. My whole professional career started with Hariharan's album "Sukoon". I met Lez through Hari whom I met in 1983 and been close friends since. Another album of classical ghazals I was part of was "VISAAL". I guess these guys have been instrumental in bringing INDIAN based fusion music up front and were the first Indian band to ever perform unplugged on MTV.This was during the making of "Colonial Cousins" album II.

This is one of my most memorable days. I am most fortunate to be associated with this legendary singer. This was the first time that she performed in front of a captivated audience of the most influential and elite businessmen in London with just three musicians on stage. After the concert we naturally went our ways. A few days later I was called at a mutual friends house and given this picture with her autograph.

I had no idea but what she did was so sweet. She got hold of the photographs and got a photo of the day's events as you see, signed it, framed it and asked it to be given to me. Thank you very much Lataji.

This is Hannan a well known singer with a beautiful voice from Cario.  As it happens, the track I wrote is now chosen as the title track of her album and she is going on to produce a video for the same song.
This is Yasser Habib, a well-known EMI artist who commissioned me to work with him. I am now working closely with him on his new album jointly produced under the name Yassir & Dhiren.
The renowned Ghazal singer Ghulam Ali recording at Studio Beats with the director of Navras Records, Mr. Bakshi.
Now here's one definitely for the books at the film set of "All Saints" movie. I appeared "good or not" in the movie with my friend Neel Gadhvi on Tabla and myself playing the Sitar. Neel's a brilliant musician and has been working with me for a long time. He's a master at playing the Tabla, Dholak and Dhol. He's also a brilliant rhythm programmer and now he is also doing some good arrangement work.

This was taken in the studio of Andy Whitmore, who is a well-known producer in the western mainstream. He produced recordings of Peter Andre, Eternal, Denni Manouge and the likes. I was pleased that he agreed to do some drum programming for one of my productions. He has also worked for none other than "Colonial Cousins".
